Work With Me
You don't need to try harder. You need to finally understand what you've been carrying and learn how to set it down.
That's the work we do together. Here's how it unfolds, and the ways we can begin.
Every person I work with arrives somewhere different. The path we walk together is the same.
The Rise Method is how we move from going through the motions to living on purpose — five stages I walked myself long before I ever guided anyone else through them. It isn't linear in the tidy way frameworks pretend to be; some stages you'll move through once, others you'll return to. But this is the shape of the journey.
Reclaim — Take back the pen. Somewhere along the way, someone else started writing your story a circumstance, a person, a quiet voice that told you who you were and what you could expect. We begin by naming that story out loud, so you can see it for what it is: not the truth, just a draft. And drafts can be rewritten.
Release — Set down what was never yours to carry. The timeline you measure yourself against. The patterns that kept you safe once but cost you now. The verdict that you're behind. Releasing isn't forgetting it's deciding what you'll no longer haul into every room you walk into.
Recognize — Meet the self underneath. With the noise quieted, we listen for who you actually are your values, your wants, the version of you that's been waiting for permission. This is where going through the motions ends and clarity begins. Not who you think you should be. Who you are.
Rebuild — Lay a foundation that holds. Self-trust isn't a feeling you wait for it's something you build, one kept promise at a time. Here we rebuild your confidence from the inside out, so that when the ground shifts (and it will), you have somewhere solid to stand.
Rise — Become, on your own timeline. This is where you move not because you finally feel certain, but because you've learned you can act before the certainty arrives. Rising isn't a finish line. It's the ongoing practice of living as the person you've reclaimed. You're not behind. You're becoming.
What working together looks like
Coaching with me isn't advice-giving or pep talks. It's a steady, honest space where we do the real work uncovering what's been running the show, and building something truer in its place. Every session is yours: we go where you need to go, at the pace the work actually requires.
You don't need to be in crisis to begin. You just need to be ready to stop measuring yourself against everyone else's clock.
I'm an ICF-trained coach completing an ICF-accredited Level 2 program on the path to ACC certification so the work we do is grounded in a recognized professional standard, not just good intentions.

Questions
How are sessions held? Video call (Zoom or Google Meet), or phone if you prefer. I work with clients across time zones.
Can I work with you if I've never had a coach before? Most of my clients are first-timers. You don't need to know what you're doing that's my job.
What if I'm not in the US? That's fine. I work with clients internationally, and we'll find a time that works for both of us.
What's your cancellation policy? Twenty-four hours' notice and there's no charge. Less than that, the session is forfeited. Life happens I'm reasonable about emergencies, but the policy keeps the work serious for both of us.
Do you offer refunds? Single sessions are non-refundable once booked. Packages are refundable on a prorated basis within the first two sessions if it's not the right fit; after that, they're non-refundable but transferable to a friend or family member.
You're not behind. You're becoming.
Real transformation starts with one honest conversation. If any of this sounds like the work you've been needing to do, that's where we begin.
